I don’t think anyone reasonable will fault you in this situation. Newgrounds does make it clear that you shouldn’t be uploading NSFW art if you are under 18. If anything that level of accountability you’re showing we’d rather see than denying you’re doing anything wrong.
If people are giving you shit then something is wrong with them.
As my previous speakers already said: Good on you for showing accountability and taking action.
Personally, I'd recommend you to keep the account, though. Even if you don't want to log in for a while, having a nicely set up Newgrounds-account already in place can help you in the long run. And 60 fans are nothing to sneer at, either. I'm sure those users would be sad if your 'SFW' art went away as well.
Yeah, didn’t see you as a full blown NSFW artist at the start, good for you for making that purge immediately. If you are really going to leave, hopefully we can get in touch elsewhere.

Good decision, although you could just quit NSFW AND fiddle with the filters so only Everyone and Teen art are present but you know yourself best.
